- drive company vehicles to deliver casks of beer to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while upholding customer service standards
- complete paperwork accurate as required to ensure a full trace of the brewing process is available
- maintain cleanliness and organisation in the brewery, including sanitising equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- brew in line with customer’s orders, stock and availability
- operate brewery equipment and machinery under supervision, adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- assist in inventory management by monitoring raw materials and supplies, and communicating shortages or discrepancies to management
- adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols
