Responsibility

  • this position requires flexibility as the role may require occasional evening and weekend work
  • develop and deliver against a long-term Football Development strategy for BACT
  • produce, deliver and monitor annual operational plans to meet the objectives of the Trust’s long-term strategy
  • burton Albion Community Trust is the independent charitable arm of Burton Albion FC and is looking to recruit a Football Development Manager
  • set clear KPIs for Football Development department
  • as BACTs Football Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Football Development Team and driving growth in our football programmes
  • you will be a part of BACTs management team and will work closely with each scope of work manager to deliver pathways into the other programmes offered by the trust
  • produce, deliver and monitor an annual Football Development budget
