  • take bookings for customers as they arise in the absence of the manager
  • stock control to include stock handling and stock rotation – monthly stock takes with the Manager
  • authorising time sheets
  • have knowledge of menu planning
  • happy to get their hands in the sink and wash-up or put deliveries away – a team player
  • cash handling – using the epos system on site, along with a handheld device to up-sell in the restaurant and outside areas
