- the preparation of quality food for the office Canteen, Café, meeting room and hospitality events
- ensuring all food is produced on time to the required quality and in line with food and health and safety guidelines
- motivate and supervise a small hospitality team
- serving food and developing relationships with customers
- delivery of service for hospitality events
- ordering of food products, packaging, consumables, and cleaning chemicals as and when required
- to ensure all incoming product deliveries are stored in the correct areas
- ensure that the food preparation and service areas are clean and tidy
