Responsibility
respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
process orders using in-house administrative systems ensuring that correct invoices are produced
communicate the benefits of Burns products/services; distribute information and promotional materials
general office duties e.g., administrating the loyalty scheme, filing, dealing with Company mail, stationary inventory and Reception duties as required
resolve complex queries through communicating effectively with other relevant business departments as required
comply with relevant legislation and restrictions including all aspects of theGeneral Data Protection Regulation
maintain a high standard of housekeeping and hygiene within the workplace
report faulty or damaged equipment to the Sales Supervisor
Requirements
strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organisation skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask and work within set deadlines. Respect for equality, diversity and inclusion
