payroll manager

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Requirements

  • good GCSE educational standard
  • A competent, confident and motivated payroll professional with extensive experience in a multi site business with over 500 employees
  • technically up to date and keen to deliver results and improve processes
  • chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals or AAT qualification desirable
  • experience of either in house or outsourced payroll systems
  • good computer literacy
  • hospitality and Leisure sector experience is desirable but not essential
  • sage 50 Payroll system proficiency or equivalent desirable

Responsibility

  • perform relevant payroll related duties as requested by the CFO and Senior Management Team
  • adhere to all guidelines and rules in the staff handbook
  • accurate preparation and on time processing of monthly payrolls for 9 active companies and a total of 1,000+ employees
