Requirements
- good GCSE educational standard
- A competent, confident and motivated payroll professional with extensive experience in a multi site business with over 500 employees
- technically up to date and keen to deliver results and improve processes
- chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals or AAT qualification desirable
- experience of either in house or outsourced payroll systems
- good computer literacy
- hospitality and Leisure sector experience is desirable but not essential
- sage 50 Payroll system proficiency or equivalent desirable
Responsibility
- perform relevant payroll related duties as requested by the CFO and Senior Management Team
- adhere to all guidelines and rules in the staff handbook
- accurate preparation and on time processing of monthly payrolls for 9 active companies and a total of 1,000+ employees
