  • good geographical knowledge of Leicestershire and surrounding areas
  • strong organisational skills
  • confident & good customer service and communication skills, phone and e-mail and face to face

Responsibility

  • monitoring skips on site and ensure efficient and timely collections
  • keeping Key Customers and Brokers up to date with availability for skips
  • liaise with customers & drivers regarding site issues / job issues
  • efficient Routing and planning jobs on driver rounds
  • continual monitoring of driver trackers throughout the day against planned jobs
