chef de Partie/Grill Cook Job Spec/Desc What we’re looking for… We are recruiting a Chef de Partie. A good attitude to work is a must and a passion for our industry should be your main focus. This position would suit someone looking to begin their career in the industry
we do require some experience but a Commis chef slot with some intense training can be given to fast track your abilities to becoming a CDP. Responsible to the Head Chef with a good record of punctuality, attitude and showing a thirst for knowledge will propel you up the ladder. Must be competent working with fresh food and a keen eye to detail
other key day to day duties will include… To assist the Kitchen lead/Head Chef with various aspects of meal preparation and delivery to specification
conduct essential kitchen duties such as basic food prep, thorough cleaning duties, food storage management, recording temperatures, labelling stock, kitchen set up and breakdown
