Responsibility

  • we, Manluck Ltd T/A BURGER&SAUCE, are a licensed food restaurant operating in Leicester
  • this is your chance to smash it in a business that’s growing faster than you imagine
  • purchasing supplies, examining supplies to ensure quality and making sure that the supplies are properly used to prevent wastage
  • liaising with kitchen staff to ensure that the quality of food is maintained to highest standard
  • responsible to determine staff requirements within kitchen, waiting area and counters
  • we are looking for a professional person to join our team as a Restaurant Manager working under the director and as part of a fast-moving, high-energy, ultra-supportive family who are providing exceptional bespoke menus and excellent customer service
  • responsible for the management of office, staff, supplies and preparing accounts while controlling costs
  • ensuring that the relevant hygiene, health and safety standards within the kitchen and entire restaurant are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements

Requirements

  • professional qualification or proven prior experience of the industry is mandatory
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and interact with diverse community
  • flexible to work in tight and busy schedules
  • to be able to plan and delegate job tasks to the junior staff
  • primarily to plan and direct food preparations

  • A large part of their duties is administrative involving staff scheduling, supervision, disciplining and even working out incentive schemes
