- the post-holder will proactively oversee the day-to-day operation of on-site network services
- additional support will be provided by a remote team of support engineers so that we can provide an efficient, effective and flexible response to the needs of users

Requirements
- \* Experience of working in an IT Support role
- \* Experience of working in an Education setting - highly desirable
- \* Good knowledge of the support, operation and maintenance of a Windows 10/11 environment
- \* Clear, confident and professional in all communication with other members of the school community
- \* Is flexible, able to work under pressure and proactively, both independently and as part of a team
- \* Is able to support the management of projects relating to the implementation of new software and/or hardware
- \* Can manage and oversee the IT Helpdesk using Helpdesk management software
