providing HR advice and guidance to Managers and employees in general

Requirements
we are looking for someone with a proven track record within the HR function and will have attained or working towards CIPD Level 5

produce work from Production scheduling control system
identify & pick the correct parts required
check the quality of incoming components & liaise Production Supervisors on incorrect or damaged items
use hand tools
use pneumatic & electric hand tools
assembly of components & products to drawing & quality specifications
ensure where necessary all foiled products are penned in correctly
lifting & moving products
Requirements
production assembly build work desirable
A background in UPVC / window manufacturing a distinct advantage
use of hand powered tools desirable
use of Production scheduling control systems desirable
self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude
good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality
the role is to fabricate & assemble our product range of UPVC windows & doors, to enable the effective, efficient build of products & on time delivery of quality product to our customers, working to company processes, standards & operating procedures
able to work on & use own initiative & problem solve
speaking to customers & suppliers to answer queries and resolve issues
Requirements
2 Years administration experience essential
PC literate, familiar with Microsoft packages essential
familiarity with CRM systems & practices
track record of providing first class customer support & services
strong telephone & email contact handling skills & active listening
self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude
the role is to provide a first-class administration service to the Installations Team to enable effective, efficient & cost-effective delivery of quality product & service to our customers working to company process standards & operating procedures
good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality
