Responsibility

- pack customer purchases ensuring there is no damage to the products
- in this position you will provide an enthusiastic, friendly and customer focused welcome to all customers of Bunelos and assist them with their purchases
- process cash and card payments
- this Job creates the Bunelos Experience for our customers by going above and beyond in terms of the level of customer service you provide, quality beverages and products that we sell at Bunelos
- acting as a brand ambassador, you will be passionate about our business and the products and you will be able to advise customers on our products and make relevant suggestions
- stock up with the shop, rotate stock items and inform the supervisor/manager of any damage to products or shortages
- when you aren’t engaged in any customer interactions you will complete various other duties which will help to ensure that the function of the shop is efficient and that the environment is clean, hygienic and well maintained
Requirements
- barista experience: 1 year
