- A good degree-level qualification
- excellent writing skills. Impeccable spelling and grammar
- computer literacy and basic Internet skills
- work experience, preferably with customer service elements. No knowledge of the financial sector is expected but would be appreciated
- language skills. They are essential. Please only apply if you are a native Italian speaker, and can speak and write English to a native/business level. Proficiency in an additional language would be a plus

Responsibility
- providing answers and sales information to prospective clients
- answering inbound client support calls, emails and live chat
- assisting the compliance team with general day to day admin to include requesting relevant documents from clients and preparing and submitting the files to the Compliance Officer
- keeping company updated about publicity across the Italian market
- accurately verifying the identity of new clients and their account details and entering their details in the system
