Responsibility

  • preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in line with company specifications
  • maintain a high level of knowledge of bar items
  • to maintain a clean and organised workspace complying with all food and beverage due diligence
  • accurately and promptly fulfil guest orders and resolve any guest complaints
  • complete daily cleaning and periodic cleaning in line with company procedures
  • open and close the bar in line with company procedures and ensure checklists are completed
  • attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
  • to deliver exceptional customer service to the highest standard creating a unique and unforgettable customer journey
