Requirements

  • ability to effectively communicate programme content to a wide variety of \* audiences, including Professionals, Teaching Staff, and other stakeholders
  • ability to problem solve independently and adapt quickly to new and changing \* situations, often without warning
  • knowledge of issues affecting people online and offline, including bullying behaviour, mental health, and any influences on those in the workplace
  • excellent relationship building skills and experience in delivering presentations
  • ability to engage and influence others
  • training delivery: 2 years
  • works flexibly which will include travelling to other locations in an acceptably time efficient manner and working outside usual office hours
  • demonstrates knowledge and understanding of appropriate legislation with a \* particular emphasis on safeguarding and child protection

Responsibility

  • staff are expected to complete their own personal administration requirements on time and accurately. Also, when required, to provide timely information for team or project reports
  • 1.10 Assist in ensuring that stock levels are maintained for all CPEW programme resources and orders are placed in a timely manner for items required
  • in addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the Training Facilitator must be prepared to undertake such additional duties which may result from changing circumstances, but which may not of necessity change the general character or level of responsibility to the post
  • 1.9 Manage and maintain the project databases and CRM system and ensure they are kept updated
  • 1.3 Attend networking events and conferences to promote the programme and build relationships
  • 1.4 Manage key administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the programme
