Responsibility
- maintaining stock levels and cellar management
- performing line cleans
- upholding the service standards
- running point on the opening and closing of the site
- maintaining health and safety procedure
- ensure the safety of all staff and customers
Requirements
- experience running a team and overseeing a service
- capabilities back of house and front of house
- A passable knowledge of beer, wine and spirits
- experience with conflict resolution and being comfortable upholding and implementing proper procedure in regards to the responsible sale of alcohol
- supervisory experience preferred but not essential
