Responsibility
- bulky Bob’s is a twenty year old social business which is part of the internationally acclaimed FRC Group
- occasionally covering for General Assistant in key duties, specifically capturing details of reuse items using smartphone app
- perform collections under the instruction of the vehicle Driver
- ensure any additional ‘doorstep’ payments are taken accurately and securely, ensuring customer gets receipt
- bulky Bob’s is a charity – but with a difference
- unload collected furniture at sortation
- assess furniture for reuse and recycling according to the waste hierarchy
- prepare suitable furniture for reuse
Requirements
- empathetic approach to a range of people from diverse backgrounds

- A flexible approach and commitment to personal development and training
- ability to multi task
- an understanding of the systems and processes within the Bulky Bob’s Warehouse
- up to date manual handling qualification/training
- experience of Fork Lift Truck Operation
- fork Lift Truck License
