Responsibility
team recruitment, on-boarding and ongoing management of all cleaning team members
promoting a safe working environment ensuring staff are all up to date on health and safety procedures
ensuring that all relevant training is provided to cleaning team
HOC too be responsible for maintaining a small portfolio of properties to clean themselves
the Head of cleaning will be required to recruit their own cleaning team and manage their day to day operations, including scheduling of the cleans and ensuring the houses are aware, making sure the standard of the cleans are satisfactory and that the cleaners have everything they need to action their roles efficiently
being accountable to ensure any repairs or house issues are reported to the PM team and that BAM processes and policies are followed and maintained by the cleaning team
delivery of excellent customer service by keeping all tenants updated and informed regarding house visit dates and any inspections that are being undertaken by the team
monitoring the quality of any cleaners work and first line of contact for complaints from tenants in regards to house cleaning issues and managing to satisfaction resolution with the relevant team members and tenants
