Responsibility

  • full management of the preconstruction stage - providing inputs into planning and project programme, identifying and mitigating risk
  • client liaison - managing consultants and client reps from day one
  • resource planning - making sure you have the best team possible to deliver the project
  • drafting H&S plan in line with company policy and processes
  • working with the Production Team to ensure the factory works and quality are on point
  • working with the Commercial Manager to ensure the project is working to budget and that the target profit is on track
  • drafting Weekly / monthly progress reports, presenting upline to Construction Director
  • troubleshooting all problems on site

Contract type

  • minimum 5 years No.1 CM experience
  • extensive major project experience
  • modular build project experience - desirable
  • degree educated or similar
  • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Black
  • strong IT / reporting skills
  • excellent client facing skills
