- good knowledge of clinical psychology including theoretical models
- knowledge of psychological assessment including psychometric testing
Responsibility
- professional consultations on Clinical Issues with written guidance provided
- complete and provide advise and guidance on a range of Psychometric assessments
- clinical Supervision to the Home Managers and staff group
- access to direct work materials for use in keywork sessions
- delivering Bespoke training to both families and staff groups
- direct work with families
- tracking and monitoring progress
- attendance at monthly clinical meetings with BPC
