work as part of the Maintenance/Compliance delivery team, to ensure legal compliance to the premises our premises have to be legally compliant in many areas, asbestos, legionella, fixed wire testing, shutter doors & fire doors, sprinklers, pat testing etc ) in all of the above there's a legal requirement to maintain, monitor and manage and this is a large part of the works when carrying out projects
work diligently with Contractors, Suppliers, Manufacturers to ensure best value & practices, working alongside our procurement team in order to obtain best value
