Responsibility

  • account management and client servicing. Ensuring our client deliverables are met by coordinating the team and keeping projects on track
  • researching sustainability news, sustainable suppliers, and event industry news
  • leading projects with some support and coaching from start to finish including setting and driving timelines, leading project meetings, taking/writing up meeting notes, updating status reports and project plans
  • after training, you will assist in data collection, data entry, and data analysis to calculate the carbon and waste impact of events projects on behalf of our clients
  • you will support the team with training programmes - with support virtually or face to face

Requirements

  • project Management
  • some experience in the live events industry. Ideally in an delivery role, or education in this area
  • experience managing your own projects
  • passion for sustainability
  • knowledge of, or willingness to learn about ISO 14001 and ISO 20121
