Responsibility
- perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, including trucks, vans, and cars
- diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with vehicles
- conduct electrical repairs and installations as needed
- complete scheduled maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- inspect vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards
- keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- provide excellent customer service to drivers and other team members
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience as a fleet mechanic or similar role
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- ability to dig into complex mechanical issues and find effective solutions
- customer service-oriented mindset
