Responsibility
- account Administration – Support corporate accounts with queries, reservations and rates
- receiving calls and emails from customers requiring assistance to get their vehicle repaired or maintained and keep them on the road
- being a brand ambassador – positively promoting our products and services
- fleet Administration – From taking new vehicle deliveries and managing fleet reports to liaising with suppliers for parts and repairs
- working towards targets to increase productivity, vehicle utilisations and profitability
- identifying vehicles requiring service and MOT, booking them in and supporting completion
- any other relevant tasks supporting the wider business
Requirements
- proven proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-oriented approach
- demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced setting
- A friendly, upbeat, and proactive attitude
- looking to take an active role in the development and growth of our business
- A full valid driving licence with 12 months’ experience
