Requirements
- assisting with recruitment process including advertising, shortlists, interviews, drafting contract paperwork and on / offboarding
- providing hands-on support with HR best practice, working closely with the senior management team to support them in a solutions-focused way
- working with finance department - especially in relation to freelance support / external contractors
- overseeing the sponsorship process and visa applications for employees from overseas
- assisting with TUPE arrangements where they arise
- managing full employee lifecycle - references / annual reviews / appraisals and all relevant paperwork
- advising on employment law
- leading activities related to D&I and employee wellbeing
