Responsibility

  • installation, configuration, management, administration, and operational support of: Bare metal and VM Linux infrastructure, including LEMP/LAMP stack. AWS cloud Linux infrastructure
  • client and internal support: Support, maintain and develop company infrastructure that services internal development, operations and administrative teams
  • process management: Manage, develop and maintain comprehensive internal processes and procedures to satisfy internal and external audit requirements
  • training and CPD: Undertake continuous professional development to keep pace with technological change, client and internal requirements
  • management, administration, and operational support of: Azure cloud infrastructure. . Internal company services and dependent endpoints
  • client and internal service delivery: Delivery and maintenance of client and internal services to specification and within SLA . Managing incidents and requests according to client and internal SLA specifications
  • client and internal service management: Vulnerability management and mitigation via monitoring/reporting and active patching and investigation. Apply routine patches and upgrades to resolve issues, maintain supportability, and ensure security
