  • registered Manager – Residential Children’s services - Northampton
  • we are seeking dynamic and experienced Registered managers for our Home in Northampton
  • the age group of children we support is 8-18 years old
  • candidates with a social work background are welcome to apply
  • A background in emotional and social needs Children’s care services
  • have led or participated in regulatory Inspections
  • significant experience of inter-agency working
  • A level 5 QCF qualification or equivalent or be working towards Level 5, leadership and management . children and young people

Responsibility

  • have full responsibility for the efficient running of a 2 bed home
  • ensure that each young person’s individual care needs are met and that expectations are exceeded
