BTOB EVENTS is looking for employees for positions:

office manager

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • working closely with the Managing Director to support with managerial tasks
  • creating business reports for management
  • supporting the finance manager by following up on outstanding payments, raising invoices and handling company receipts
  • carrying out administrative duties such as data inputting and maintaining the CRM system
  • making travel arrangements for employees, such as booking flights, hotels and transfers
  • managing all business correspondence, such as writing letters to government officials, partners, sponsors, and clients
  • maintaining the office supplies inventory by checking stocks and inventory levels, anticipating needed supplied and placing orders
  • aligning with printing companies to get e.g. business cards printed and other company literature

Requirements

  • previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage
  • GCSE’s or colleague qualification
  • excellent organisational skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • self-motivated and ‘can do’ attitude
  • basic knowledge of Sage accounting software is desirable but not essential
  • having a driver’s license would be of advantage
