managing all business correspondence, such as writing letters to government officials, partners, sponsors, and clients
maintaining the office supplies inventory by checking stocks and inventory levels, anticipating needed supplied and placing orders
aligning with printing companies to get e.g. business cards printed and other company literature
Requirements
previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage
GCSE’s or colleague qualification
excellent organisational skills
strong verbal and written communication skills
self-motivated and ‘can do’ attitude
basic knowledge of Sage accounting software is desirable but not essential
having a driver’s license would be of advantage

work closely with our international promotion teams to ensure that they have the materials that they need to complete marketing tasks within that Country
Requirements
minimum 2 years B2B marketing experience
experience with Major Social Media Platforms
strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
experience of managing outsourced design agencies and writing complex design briefs
experience within the exhibition or event industry would be a plus
strong PR experience would be a plus
ability to use standard computer programs and mobile applications is a must
