Requirements

  • previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage

  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • self-motivated and ‘can do’ attitude
  • basic knowledge of Sage accounting software is desirable but not essential
  • having a driver’s license would be of advantage

  • source and manage new media partners and ensure all agreed communications are successfully achieved
  • confidently liaise with Media & Press houses
  • manage and maintain all marketing communication planners/drop-schedules/ trackers
  • to work very closely with the Sales and Operations team to ensure all marketing materials have been created and finished within a timely manner
  • liaise with third party designers to create signage, literature and promotional materials, both pre and post-show
  • manage and work closely with exhibitors, show partners, and media partners to ensure that all agreed marketing and promotional communications have been achieved

  • work closely with our international promotion teams to ensure that they have the materials that they need to complete marketing tasks within that Country

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years B2B marketing experience
  • experience with Major Social Media Platforms
  • strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • experience of managing outsourced design agencies and writing complex design briefs
  • experience within the exhibition or event industry would be a plus
  • strong PR experience would be a plus
  • ability to use standard computer programs and mobile applications is a must
  • excellent organisational skills
