  • processing Purchase Ledger invoices and payments, responding to any supplier queries
  • supervising Sales Ledger invoice inputting, allocate payments and follow up any outstanding debts
  • reconciliation of income & expenses from the bank on a weekly basis
  • submitting VAT Returns for 6 companies on a quarterly basis
  • faciliate HR with external consultants
  • management of the accounts of 6 companies within a group with a combined turnover of £12m using Sage Line 50 accounting software
  • journal Entries
  • cash flow forecasts/spreadsheets

Requirements

  • accounting/bookkeeping 3 years
  • MAAT or higher
  • sage Accounts Line 50 accounting software
  • sage Payroll software
  • experience with ISYS integrated weighbridge software beneficial
  • management: 2 years
