Responsibility

  • on-line sales – Ensuring that sales across the on-line platforms and channels are handled in a professional and timely manner
  • perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
  • ensuring that timekeeping, absences, sickness reporting, training, is maintained
  • off-line sales – Ensuring that sales to the trade and public are handled in a professional, timely and satisfactory manner
  • develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
  • adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • customer service – dealing with all aspects of clients’ needs and queries, and managing them to a successful and satisfactory conclusion
  • maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times

Requirements

  • associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • english, Mathematics to GCSE/A-Level as a minimum
  • ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
  • experience and/or working knowledge of CRM, Accounting software and databases etc
  • excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • strong verbal communication skills in the English language
  • clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
  • willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds

sales coordinator

Working hours

Responsibility

  • based at our office and warehouse in Stafford, this role will be varied and involve mostly warehouse based tasks
  • this role might suit an individual with an interest in the automotive world
  • the applicant will assist with sales tasks including processing and fulfilment of orders, warehouse duties such as stock replenishment and goods in, along with a range of general tasks to support the business operation
  • this is a varied role offering exposure to a number of different areas of the business. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic person who is willing to learn in an exciting and fast-paced environment
  • previous experience of online e-commerce order processing and warehouse operations as well as a working knowledge of computers using Microsoft and web based software programs would be desirable however training can be provided if needed
  • whilst we are advertising for a full time role, we will consider candidates looking for a part-time opportunity subject to the company's opening hours, 8am-5pm
