Responsibility
- on-line sales – Ensuring that sales across the on-line platforms and channels are handled in a professional and timely manner
- perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
- ensuring that timekeeping, absences, sickness reporting, training, is maintained
- off-line sales – Ensuring that sales to the trade and public are handled in a professional, timely and satisfactory manner
- develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
- adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures
- customer service – dealing with all aspects of clients’ needs and queries, and managing them to a successful and satisfactory conclusion
- maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
Requirements
- associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- english, Mathematics to GCSE/A-Level as a minimum
- ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
- experience and/or working knowledge of CRM, Accounting software and databases etc
- excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- strong verbal communication skills in the English language
- clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
