Responsibility

  • 10 Attend case conferences, transfers and other meetings as required
  • the post holder will be required to work in any part of the Services area within any mental health team or service as needs dictate
  • 3 Compile relevant and accurate information to assist the Manager or deputy to maintain and progress service provision
  • 6 Feedback monitor and update on the progress and needs of the service users with the relevant professionals
