  • role very service orientated. AM SHIFTS 10-5pm, PM SHIFTS 5pm - 1am or doubles
  • love for food, drinks and wine and able to share this we the team
  • a good understanding in wine/ best WSET level 2, but not mandatory
  • A desire to learn and grow with us as a company
  • A minimum of two year in the bar depratment, 1 year in a similar team leading role. Attitude count more than experience
