Responsibility

  • greet customers and take orders from customers at store, over the phone and from delivery portals
  • effective coordination with kitchen staff for making sure required food is cooked in time
  • serve the customers / delivery drivers on priority order
  • use good judgement when dealing with customers, visitors, family, and co-workers
  • answer customer questions or concerns
  • ensure availability of minimum level of fast moving food for faster service
  • ensure adequate stock level of packaging material
  • keep kitchen area clean and tidy, be top of cleaning on daily basis
