- in the role, you will provide administrative support for the Education Quality team, which is responsible for promoting high standards and good practice across the School’s teaching, learning and assessment activities
- the role will report to the Associate Director of Global Engagement but will work closely with staff across the office to help ensure the successful coordination of Brunel’s international activity
- this role will deliver operational routines and administrative processes, ensuring accurate and timely data/record management, to support the effective and professional information provision to all stakeholders whilst providing an effective and efficient service delivery to the College Post Graduate Researchers and staff

- key tasks involve supporting the process for managing concerns about students’ professionalism and/or health; supporting quality projects to improve Medical School systems and processes and enhance the student experience; and supporting quality management and enhancement processes and initiatives, including those related to internal and external monitoring of the Medical School
- this will include a range of tasks including assisting with partnership approval processes and the drafting of agreements, maintaining a partnership database, preparing reports on performance, logistical support for inward/outward visits, market research, and liaising with external organisations and international partners to support the work of the GEO
- reporting to the PGR Programmes Manager, you will work closely with the rest of the PGR Office, as well as professional and academic colleagues across the Institution to ensure that the highest levels of experience are achieved for Post Graduate Researchers across the College
- from August 2023, the Medical School also integrated an established 2-year Physicians Associate programme, which will also be regulated by the GMC from September 2024
- brunel is recruiting a Curriculum and Placement Administrator to deliver effective administrative procedures for students, and provide guidance and support to students and staff of the Medical School, working closely with the Senior Student Programmes Manager and the wider professional services teams
- you will be a true team player and support the implementation of Brunel University London’s International Strategy by working with colleagues in the GEO and academics to develop and maintain the University’s diverse partnership portfolio, engage our alumni community and support fundraising initiatives in line with growth targets and the Brunel 2030 vision
- you must be an effective communicator with strong networking skills, the ability to plan and organise your workload effectively and good attention to detail

- the successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail, an ability to use spreadsheets and databases, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- you will have extensive experience in administrative roles, a track record of meeting project targets and timelines, and a flexible, diplomatic approach
- hours: Part time – 21 hours per week, to be worked over 3 or 4 days , with a preferred start time of 9 am. There might be some flexibility for the right candidate

- brunel is now recruiting a Student Support and Well-being Team Administrator to provide appropriate administration and event planning to Brunel Medical School Student Support and Well-Being Team and prospective and students on MBBS and PA programmes

Requirements
