Responsibility
- to promote the aims and objectives of the All Aboard Nursery
- to promote the high standards of the All Aboard Nursery at all times to parents/carers, staff and visitors
- to deputise for the All Aboard Nursery Manager in their absence
- to ensure the All Aboard Nursery maintains a high standard of physical and emotional care
- to assist the manager in setting and implementing objectives and policy for the All Aboard
- to be responsible for the Health and Safety standards appropriate for the needs of young children and ensuring staff compliance and awareness
- to assist with staff development and training; attend staff / planning meetings and training sessions outside working hours if required
- support the All Aboard Nursery Manager to leads a team of professional workers and to ensure good practice at all times
Requirements
- level 3 or equivalent, Foundation Degree, Food hygiene level 2 and Training
- BA/BSc, Certificate of Higher Education or Further qualification in
- HNC SEN/Autism studies
- nursery experience: 1 year
- qualifications Must have one of the following: NVQ Paediatric first aid qualified
- A minimum of three years working in a Full clean driving licence setting for children that has included 3 and 4 year olds
