we’re looking for a leader, an enthusiastic and energetic, self-motivated Manager with the ability to respond quickly to the daily needs of the business
the person will be someone who thrives on leading by example and developing their team to do the same, working under the guidance of the Management Team to raise the standards and grow the business to its upmost potential
role: To oversee all aspects of the daily running of the store including maximising financial performance, customer service, staff hiring, development, training and management of staff performance
Requirements
previous experience working in a management position within the catering and hospitality industry
proven leadership expertise and excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
excellent communication skills
the ability to effectively coach and develop your Team
an understanding in dealing with budgets, labour controls and forecasting. An understanding of key performance indicators and how to manage these within the business. Ability to accurately report to your area manager on a regular basis
supervising experience: 2 years
