delivery of medium to high complexity IT projects across Applications, Cloud Services and Infrastructure domains across all stages of the lifecycle
proven track record in managing third-party IT providers to deliver positive project outcomes
experience of working with business stakeholders to gather and analyse their requirements and using software functionality to meet those requirements
Responsibility
manage multiple concurrent projects through the firm’s delivery pipeline methodology and stage gates
focus on accurate cost management through regular review of project actual costs and corrective action where costs are not collected accurately
facilitate user acceptance testing for new systems
work with IT training personnel to help define and develop training content
understanding the needs and working practices of the business, how that translates into application delivery, and IT Group support of those new applications
work directly with the firm’s users and the Head of IT to analyse business and client challenges and opportunities and resolve them through innovative use of software applications and online services
work with the Head of IT to identify viable solution options to address project demand either through customisation or expansion of existing software or via identification of new software or services
for potential mergers, to analyse software and business processes of law firm merger targets, and map or adapt to our software and processes to ensure a smooth migration onto the firms’ systems and processes
