  • we Specialise in providing plumbing and heating installations and maintenance to the new build domestic housing sector
  • we pride ourselves on delivering excellent levels of service to our customer, whilst creating a positive working environment
  • initially, tree months shadowing/working alongside our outgoing assistant customer care manager, who is moving out of the country in six months’ time
  • reporting of any incidents
  • dealing with high level complaints according to our company complaint procedure
  • overseeing the daily operation of our Customer Care Department and offering support where needed
