- safely load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas
- transport materials to designated areas within the worksite
- inspect and maintain the telehandler to ensure proper functioning
- follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the telehandler
- communicate with team members to coordinate material handling tasks
Requirements
- previous experience operating a telehandler or similar equipment
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to read and interpret work orders or instructions
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to equipment operation
