Responsibility

  • brown Construction Group are a domestic Construction Company based in Maidstone, looking for a Client Coordinator to join their team
  • be the point of contact for Clients throughout the prebuild, construction and completion phases of the project
  • working alongside the Project Mangers to help deliver the project on time and in budget
  • completing and distributing construction reports and meeting minutes
  • ordering materials, checking costs and arranging deliveries
  • we are a family run business, with a fun but professional team. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-3pm
  • liaising with sub-contractors
  • take phone calls and respond to emails in a polite, efficient manner

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • customer service: 2 years
  • administrative experience: 5 years
