- the individual will be responsible for Implementing processes, documentation and audits to help us to achieve Salsa
- A keen eye for quality, safety and compliance as well as strong customer/supplier satisfaction
- food safety testing, specifications, legal documentation, Food safety audit within the bakery
- we are looking for an experienced, qualified Food Safety Manager to work closely with our production and management team to help implement and attain Salsa certification. The initial contract would be for 6 months
- have an in depth knowledge of food and allergen legislation, HACCP, TACCP and have worked with Salsa and or BRC within a food production environment
