Responsibility
- as exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and committed Technical Solution Architect full-time, permanent position to work for Browline Consulting
- you will be based in Loughton, IG10 3TS
- work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of solutions
- must certified in Project Management Professional and at least 2 modules in SAP SuccessFactors HXM
- specialised knowledge in SuccessFactors and other HR products
- create innovative offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations
- responsible for the functional and technical part of a specific domain, as well as the capitalization of the new solutions
- provides support to the consultants as part of their requests by email, phone or via the forum
Requirements
- possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proven implementation, design, configuration, manage & support experience
- extensive experience in a similar role i.e., Technical Solution Architect and Management in an IT consultancy
- add value to Browline through their technical & business process knowledge Ability to plan and execute strategies to deliver the projects
- possess technical and management proficiency
- ability to relate cordially with clients
- ability to lead cross-discipline team
- ability to work under pressure
