- train, manage, and motivate a team of technicians to deliver high-quality services and maintain our reputation for excellence
- develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase customer retention and attract new clients
- manage financial aspects of the salon, including monitoring revenue, expenses, and profit margins, and making adjustments as needed
- maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques, and ensure the salon stays up-to-date with the latest developments
- handle any client or employee issues that arise with professionalism and sensitivity, seeking solutions that benefit both the client and the salon
Requirements
- proven experience as a Salon Manager or Front of House in a busy salon environment
- strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of technicians
- excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
- strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- knowledge of salon software and scheduling systems
