Responsibility
- as a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care
- greet patients warmly and assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding dental treatment options
- coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling of treatments while considering patients' preferences and availability
- posting on our social media channels and website
- collaborate with our dental team to maintain accurate patient records, treatment progress, and post-treatment follow-ups
- following up on patients who have not yet signed up for treatment
- help patients understand their insurance coverage and financing options, providing detailed explanations and assistance in processing claims
- utilise our dental software to manage patient data, appointments, and treatment plans efficiently
Requirements
- previous experience as a dental nurse is required
- previous experience as a treatment coordinator is preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A friendly and compassionate attitude, demonstrating empathy towards patients' concerns and needs
- proficiency in using dental software or the ability to quickly learn new systems
- knowledge of dental treatments and procedures will be an advantage
