- have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repair
- have experience within a franchised/used car dealer
- have a minimum of 2 years' experience post apprenticeship
- have good attention to detail
- have willingness to learn
- be able to work to meet targets and deadlines
