Responsibility

- we are a long-established family owned business with an excellent reputation for providing high quality care placements for young people aged between 5-18 years with complex needs and challenging behaviour

- to assist the Registered Manager in maintaining the current high standards of the care home. You will be required to complete sleep-in’s, some weekends and undertake on-call responsibilities on a rota basis

- ensure Safeguarding is prioritised and the welfare of the young people is at the centre of the applied company policies and procedures
- brookfield Care offers a comprehensive training package that will enable you to develop skills to work therapeutically with our young people, including attachment theories and working with traumatised young people
Requirements
- diploma Level 3 or NVQ level 4
- diploma Level 3 or NVQ level 4 is desirable
- ideally a Level 5 in leadership and management or a commitment to achieve this
- A minimum of one year’s supervisory experience in children’s residential childcare
- full driving licence is preferred
- the post will be subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references
