Responsibility

  • we are looking for an Events Manager to help us to run our training company
  • the key responsibilities are handling course bookings and helping with the smooth running of course days
  • we are a medical training company located near London Bridge
  • we have been delivering short courses for doctors for 18 years
  • this includes setting up and taking-down equipment, troubleshooting equipment problems, answering questions and generally looking after our customers and helping them to get the most from their training days
  • every day is different with a need for flexibility and problem solving
  • the work is mainly during office hours, but there is also some evening and weekend work, although this will be no more than 10% of the hours without additional agreement
  • we have a team of six directly employed staff and a large number of teaching faculty, volunteers, actors and others who work for us as required
