Responsibility
- in conjunction with the Operations Manager, consult with clients to create product design specifications
- influencing the product design on which the product build will be based
- heavily involved in product testing activity; proactively take and then address any queries or defects that are raised
- ability to deliver quick, accurate and robust product builds or changes, to the specification and timeframe agreed with any of our demanding clients
- work closely with other IT and business professionals such as Project Managers, Business Analysts, Lead Developers and Test Managers, plus other business representatives from our clients and other third parties that we deal with
- taking and dealing with phone calls on any aspect of Brokertech specialist work including not only product support but general support activity too
- research of the market in which the product will be sold to find product trends and try to gain a competitive edge on other designs
