  • the Auberge Du Lac restaurant overlooks the Broadwater with stunning views of Brocket Hall and its two championship golf courses
  • the main restaurant offers superb modern European cuisine, with fine wines from our extensive cellar
  • the Auberge du Lac is a unique showcase for a classic dining experience, offering formality and elegance with immaculate service
  • work with the Head Chef/ Sous Chef to provide seasonal menus
  • prepare, cook and execute food to a high-quality set standard
  • be responsible for own section and MEP
  • follow recipes, health & safety and other guidelines set in place
  • maintaining the highest food hygiene level and safety standards
