Responsibility

  • working closely with the company director to develop and adapt business strategies
  • leading and managing the bar staff team, including staff training, hiring, and development
  • overseeing the running of the bar, including menu creation, supplier negotiations, pricing and budgeting
  • liaising with the gigs and events team and venue engineers to ensure smooth running of our programme, including assisting with in house marketing, artist hospitality, and staffing
